What does the assembly price include?
Each package covers labor, tools, and hardware handling for the listed number of furniture pieces. It also includes basic packaging cleanup after the job is finished, so you're not left with boxes and wrapping materials.
Do you charge extra for larger items like wardrobes or bed frames?
Larger or more complex pieces, such as wardrobes and bed frames, are counted individually within a package. If your order includes several bulky items, we recommend the Standard or Complete Setup tier for accurate pricing.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is collected after the assembly is complete and you've confirmed everything is set up correctly. We accept cash and select mobile payment methods across Giza.
What if a part is missing or damaged from the manufacturer?
Our technicians will identify missing or damaged parts before starting and let you know right away so you can contact the retailer. We do not charge for the inspection time spent identifying these issues.
Can I get a custom quote for a mix of furniture types?
Yes, if your order doesn't fit neatly into one package, share the list of items with us and we'll provide a written quote based on quantity, size, and assembly complexity.
Do you serve villas as well as apartments?
